Saudi-led coalition intercepts explosive-laden drones launched by Yemen’s Houthis – state TV
The Saudi-led coalition preventing in Yemen on Sunday intercepted and destroyed six explosive-laden drones launched by Iran-aligned Houthis in direction of the dominion, Saudi state TV reported.
The coalition stated that “Houthis’ hostile attempts are deliberate and systematic to target civilians”, including that it’s taking the required measures to guard the civilians, in response to state TV.
The coalition had additionally stated earlier that it destroyed a ballistic missile launched by the Houthis in direction of the Saudi metropolis of Jazan, Saudi state TV reported.
The Saudi-led coalition intervened in Yemen in March 2015 in opposition to the Houthis after the motion ousted the internationally recognised authorities from the capital Sanaa.
