Pakistan’s Finance Minister Ishaq Dar immediately tabled the Finance (Supplementary) Bill 2023 – the “mini-budget” – within the National Assembly and Senate because the nation sought to fulfill the preconditions to unlock the over $1 billion International Monetary Fund bailout.
