Video: German girl was at music competition moments earlier than Hamas caught her
A 30-year-old German-Israeli, Shani Louk attended a music competition in southern Israel close to the Gaza border. She labored as a tattoo artist.
The competition, which was speculated to be a joyous celebration, became a nightmare when Hamas militants launched an assault on October 7.
A video that has since gone viral captured the terrifying moments of Louk’s abduction. In the video, Louk is seen immobile, surrounded by armed militants. Her dreadlocks are held by one militant whereas one other drapes his leg over her waist. The chilling scene ends with the militants cheering “Allahu Akbar”.
This video, together with others from the competition, has been broadly circulated, revealing the horrifying actuality of the assault. The aftermath left not less than 260 useless and several other, together with Louk, taken hostage. The present situation and whereabouts of Louk stay unknown.
