By India Today Web Desk: Former US President Donald Trump has claimed he may negotiate an finish to the Russia-Ukraine battle if he was nonetheless within the White House.

“If I were President, the Russia-Ukraine war would not have happened. Never in a million years,” he stated in a coverage video posted on spokesperson Liz Harrington’s Twitter.

“I’d be able to negotiate an end to this horrible and rapidly escalating war within 24 hours,” he stated.

Claiming that he may negotiate an finish to the battle, Trump took a swipe at Joe Biden’s choice to ship American-made Abrams tanks to Ukraine, suggesting this could be thought to be a provocation by the Kremlin.

“First come the tanks, then come the nukes. Get this crazy war ended now. It can be done,” the previous President stated.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has now entered its twelfth month and the lack of life and infrastructure in Ukraine has been immense.

The US has pledged to ship 31 battle tanks to Ukraine, becoming a member of Germany in sending the autos to assist the battle in opposition to Russia’s invasion.
