    A young man going home on Karva Chauth committed suicide on the way. On hearing the news of her husband’s death, the woman tried to commit suicide after not finding her waiting wife unconscious.

    Naiduniya Representative, Bhind: A young man going home on Karva Chauth committed suicide by hanging himself on the way. At home the wife was waiting for her husband to break his fast. The wife became unconscious as soon as she got information about her husband’s death. The incident occurred around 6:30 pm on Sunday evening.

    Karva Chauth was going home

    Rinku Bhadauria, 30, from Bijpuri used to work in the pantry car of Dehat Railways. Rinku’s wife Radha had observed a fast on Karva Chauth. The wife had called and asked the husband to come home. Therefore, Rinku was going to his village after taking leave but before reaching home, one kilometer before, Rinku hanged himself from an acacia tree near Salingpura village.

    When passers-by saw the young man hanging, they informed Rinku’s relatives. The wife became unconscious after hearing the news of her husband’s death. The deceased was the only brother among two sisters. The deceased has left behind two children and his wife. The police have established a route and started investigation.

    Husband did not get saree on Karva Chauth, woman consumed expired medicine

    In Barohi village under Barohi police station, a young man did not give a saree to his wife on Karva Chauth. The woman swallowed the expired tablet at eight o’clock on Monday morning. When his condition worsened, his relatives brought him to the district hospital for treatment. He is undergoing treatment here.

    According to the information, 30 year old Jyoti’s wife Hariom Sharma consumed expired medicine at 8 am on Monday. After some time, when the woman’s condition deteriorated, her relatives brought her to the district hospital. She had asked her husband to get her a saree for Karvachaith on Sunday. The husband first agreed, but did not bring the saree. Due to this the woman consumed expired medicine.

    Woman drank acid in Kanavar

    32-year-old Vinita, wife of Bhole Bhadauria, resident of Kanawar under Umri police station, drank acid at home around 8.30 am on Monday. When the woman’s condition deteriorated, her relatives brought her to the district hospital for treatment. From here he has been referred to Gwalior.
